La verdad que para lo que me costó el billete podría haber sido mucho mejor el viaje, - El avión no tenía pantallas de tv para entretenerse. Son muchas horas y estar viajando en un gigante que solo tiene asientos un poco reclinables es demasiado. - la comida "nefasta" de lo peor. Un pan pequeño con queso y una especie de pepino viejo sin sabor, lo peor de todo es que nos dieron el mismo pan en la cena y el desayuno. Con una botella de agua y un zumo de manzana . La próxima vez volar con BOA será mi última pero última opción

Suspicious. If it was truly weather problems, then it is OK. Only 1 flight a day made it a large problem. They did not say how they would deal with the 2 days of passengers backed IF it was to fly the next day. We found another form of transportation."

Totally understand this, but there should have been something on the booking site to alert us to the fact that we would not be allowed to sit in that row. It's irritating when you pay for something, you think you're going to get it, and then it's refused to you, when the situation could have been easily avoided in the first place."

Desventajas: "There was a mechanical problem with the plane that caused my flight to be delayed for about 6 hours. Of course, I wish this would not have happened, but it was not the airline's fault. They were very gracious, provided beverages for us free of charge while we waited, explained things to me in English (very helpful, as my Spanish is not great), and made sure we were still accommodated for our connecting flight in another city."

Desventajas: "Si se acepta una valija de cabina desde España a Bolivia, porque cuando se aborda Santa Cruz-Cochabamba, en algunos casos no se acepta, peor aun cuando se diferencia a personas, vía por ejemplo que justamente a un pasajero antes se le acepta ingresar a cabina una valija fuera de las dimensiones de norma y a mi se me niega la misma valija de cabina con las dimensiones establecidas, para ser llevada en buzón, normalmente esta valija se lleva en la mano por las cosas delicadas que se trae y una cosa de estas enfada de sobremanera.............."
