Novum Hotel Offenbacher Hof

Friendly staff, clean hotel. Good breakfast (paid additionally, 12 euros)

The hotel leaves some snacks and water next to the TV-set. It has no explanation that it is actually a part the mini-bar - they look like a welcome snacks. At least that's how it is in other hotels. I had added items from mini-bar to my bill, which I did not used. The reception staff, although generally nice, has not informed that it was added to my bill. When discovered, they were polite enough to take it of from the bill. My room was close to the lift which has noisy doors. I was awaken by them each of the three nights I stayed in the hotel. Bathroom was exteremely small - actually it had no more than 2 sq meters - it is amazing how they managed to combine shower, WC and washing sink in it. It was OK for a short business stay though.

Friendly staff in both the resturant and bar area and the staff on the reception were very helpful for any questions that were asked.
